At Velogear we are obsessed with giving you the best deals, lowest prices and the fastest order turnaround possible. As part of this we do not employ a phone receptionist. Much of our day is spent away from our desks with packing and despatching your orders within 24 hours as our main focus. As soon as we finish packing we return to our desks and answer your emails.
