Items can be returned within 1 year of purchase. The product must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at your cost and refund will be for item cost only.
Free Shipping Insurance
All items are covered for loss or damage during delivery. Cover is for replacement of goods only and does not cover shipping charges.

All items sold are covered under their normal manufacturers warranty - which may vary from item to item.
Item Differs to Description/or Item is not upto the Quality you anticipated
If you receive an item that you believe differs from our description, or is not upto the quality standards that we portrayed, you may return the item.
Stock Availability
All items listed on our website are in stock at the time of viewing. Upon running out of stock we immediately delist the item. Please note there will sometimes be minor errors in stocktake, and if heavy demand for a product occurs on a weekend, the system will not update stock until the following week. In practice we have found that 99.8% of orders are fulfilled immediately.
Prompt Delivery
All items listed are kept in stock. Once payment for your order is cleared we pick, pack and send the same day. In general we find that deliveries to metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide are made within 1-3 working days. Tasmania, Brisbane, SEQ, country Vic., NSW and SA take 2-4 days with Perth 3-5 days. FNQ, NT and remote areas will take 5-7 days.
