Each unit holds one bike and can be used on their own as a bike rack for 1 bike, or you can buy several and join together to make a 2, 3 ,4 or more in a row bike stand.
Units are strong, made of tubular steel and have been rust proofed.
Each unit is 360mm wide and when joined 40mm of one rack slides into the next=so 2 racks are 680mm wide, 3 racks 1020mm, etc.
All standard bikes will fit in - road, hybrid, MTB with maximum tyre width of approximately 45mm.
Stands may be added to your order by filling in the quantity section. If you would like to purchase 2 of the single racks please fill in 2 in the quantity section, 3, for 3 racks, etc.. Picture 3 shows how the racks can be joined together.
In the picture you see 2 x normal stands and 1 x "wheel raiser" stand.
A feature of this bike stand system is that every second stand supplied has a "wheel raiser". This allows the bikes heights to be staggered, minimising any interference between bike pedals, handlebars etc..
So if you buy 3 bike stands we will send you 2 normal plus 1 wheel raiser stand, if you buy 4 racks we will send you 2 of each....etc etc..
