Our staff member 184cm, 91kg, Chest 43"/110cm and Waist 38"/97cm normally wears size XL Australian T-Shirts. He chose a size XL in this jacket, it was a neat fit. 

So for a neat fit we suggest select the Italian size, same as your normal Australian size. For a looser fit select 1 sizes up.
