WARRANTIES
At Velogear, we stand behind the products we sell and are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
Warranty terms can vary depending on the brand, manufacturer and specific product. Generally, warranties cover faults, defects, or failures that occur as a result of the manufacturing process.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or improper installation
- Accidents or impact
- General wear and tear
If a product is confirmed to be faulty and is within the applicable warranty period, we will organise a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy for you.
Some products (such as bike frames, bikes, and trainers) may come with extended manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the individual product listing for full details.
