High visibility is paramount and dedicated amber sidelights front and rear are distinct and easily recognizable by drivers, especially through intersections. Reliable construction is unmatched in the market and exceeds the needs of daily riders as both lights are certified to withstand 1 meter drops on concrete and are fully waterproof to ensure longterm reliability. Recharging is fast and efficient through Micro USB (Vis) or through direct USB (Vya). Blending the best-selling Vis 500 headlight with the state-of-the-art Vya, daily riders now have the perfect setup to stay safe and visible.

SHIPPING TIMES

Upon receipt of payment you shall be advised as to the status of your order with a short series of emails.

In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 1-3 working days of receiving your SHIPPED email, NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 2-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 4-7 working days.

Please note these are only expected deliveries times and delays out of our control may occur with Postal and Courier services.

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries except for Bulky Items. For bulky items we use Direct Freight Couriers.

EXPRESS POST

We send all items out by commercial regular post. If you need to get your order a bit quicker we are happy to Express Post it to you. Just send us an email to [email protected] with the items required, quantities and your postcode, and we will give you a quote.  

PICK UP

Please note due to COVID-19 and the safety of Velogear's staff and customers click and collect is currently available with our covid procedure in place. Please select Pick up at the checkout and we will contact you with further instructions once your order is ready to be collected.

RETURNS:

You can mail returns to the address below.

All returned products must be in original, as purchased condition with packaging and tags attached.

Refunds will be made in accordance with our policy below.

Returning a full priced item	Full priced items where full RRP was paid can be returned for: ‑ A refund within 30 days OR ‑ A credit voucher within 99 days.
Returning a discounted item*	Discounted items can be returned for: -A refund within 30 days. If your order received promotional Free Shipping the refund will be less the postage cost incurred by us. ‑ A credit voucher within 99 days.
Exchange	You can return an item for exchange and we shall return the new item with FREE SHIPPING.
Clearance Items**	No Return

* If an item is selling lower than our marked RRP then it is a discounted item. If an item was purchased on a % OFF SALE, it is a discounted item.
