All items sold are covered under their normal manufacturers warranty. Product warranties may differ for each manufacturer and/or each product model. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy. If the product is still under warranty then the repair or exchange will be at our expense.

ITEM DIFFERS TO DESCRIPTION OR ITEM IS NOT UP TO EXPECTATIONS
If you receive an item that you believe differs from our description, or is not up to the quality standards that we portrayed, you may return the item for an exchange, store credit or refund.
We operate from a large storage warehouse. Approximately 90% of items on our website are on our floor. Slower selling items are ordered in on a needs basis but will not delay your order by more than 1-2 days. Please note there will sometimes be minor errors in stock take, and if heavy demand for a product occurs on a weekend, the system will not update stock until the following week. In practice we have found that 97% of orders are fulfilled immediately.
In the case of an out of stock item we will offer you a free upgrade to a superior product or a refund. If this is the case you will be notified by email within 24 hours of finalising your order.

Once payment for your order is cleared we generally pick, pack and send the same day. In general we find that deliveries to metro Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide are made within 1-3 working days. Tasmania, Brisbane, SEQ, country Vic, NSW and SA take 2-4 days and Perth 3-5 days. FNQ, NT and remote areas will take 5-7 days.
All payments are processed by third party financial institutions using secure payment processing. We do not store, view nor handle your banking, credit card or paypal details.
