BULKY ITEM CHARGE

Certain bulky/oversize items including bikes, bike cases, trailers, pannier bags, helmets, shoes, scooters etc may incur a Bulky shipping charge which will be quoted at checkout.


SHIPPING TIMES

Upon receipt of payment you shall be advised as to the status of your order with a short series of emails.

In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 1-3 working days of receiving your SHIPPED email, NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 2-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 4-7 working days.

Please note these are only expected deliveries times and delays out of our control may occur with Postal and Courier services.

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries except for Bulky Items. For bulky items we use Direct Freight Couriers.

EXPRESS POST

We send all items out by commercial regular post. If you need to get your order a bit quicker we are happy to Express Post it to you. Just send us an email to [email protected] with the items required, quantities and your postcode, and we will give you a quote. 
 

PICK UP

Please note due to COVID-19 and the safety of Velogear's staff and customers click and collect is currently available with our covid procedure in place. Please select Pick up at the checkout and we will contact you with further instructions once your order is ready to be collected.

You can mail returns to the address below.

All returned products must be in original, as purchased condition with packaging and tags attached. 

Refunds will be made in accordance with our policy below.
