16" Kids Bike Tyres
These Standard 16" Kids Bike Tyres have a rim diameter of 305mm.
They will normally have a size written on the sidewall similar to 16 x 1.75 (47-305)
The traditional size 16 x 1.75 means the tyre is about 16" across and about 1.75" wide.
The IS number is exact and it means the rim diameter is 305mm and the width is 47mm.
You can only replace a 305mm tyre with another 305mm tyre, but you may be able to increase of decrease the width depending on room in your frame.
