The Allen Sports 542QR Deluxe Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier is the ideal choice for taking your bikes on road trips. It is easy to assemble and you can easily carry up to four bikes. Your bikes are held in place with the patented tie-down cradle system. This hitch mount bike rack can be tilted back for easy lift-gate access. This Allen bike rack comes with black powder-coated finish that protects it from all kinds of weather. With foldable carry arms, this 4-bike carrier for 2-inch receiver hitches can be stored easily as it does not occupy much space.

- Never use any Allen Rack on any type of trailer, fifth wheel, or RV.
- Rack should only be used on vehicles where it can be properly mounted as described in instructions included with product. Vehicle fit applies only to installation of Allen Trunk or Hitch Racks on standard U.S. vehicle models in original and non-customized condition (no after-market spoilers, external spare tires, etc.). For additional fit questions, please email [email protected].
- Even if Rack Finder returns a yes fit, if during installation any metal part of the rack comes into contact with the vehicle or rack does not appear to be installed correctly, do not install carrier on vehicle and contact Allen immediately to verify fit and proper installation.
- For Allen Hitch Mounted carriers, vehicle will need to have a 1 1/4” or 2” receiver hitch professionally installed in order to use the rack safely. Hitch size on vehicle will depend on the Allen model selected. In order to verify proper bumper clearance on your vehicle please review the Allen Hitch Base Dimension Sheet.

SHIPPING TIMES
Upon receipt of payment you shall be advised as to the status of your order with a short series of emails.
In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 1-3 working days of receiving your SHIPPED email, NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 2-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 4-7 working days.
Please note these are only expected deliveries times and delays out of our control may occur with Postal and Courier services.
We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries except for Bulky Items. For bulky items we use Direct Freight Couriers.
EXPRESS POST
We send all items out by commercial regular post. If you need to get your order a bit quicker we are happy to Express Post it to you. Just send us an email to [email protected] with the items required, quantities and your postcode, and we will give you a quote.
PICK UP
Please note due to COVID-19 and the safety of Velogear's staff and customers click and collect is currently available with our covid procedure in place. Please select Pick up at the checkout and we will contact you with further instructions once your order is ready to be collected.
