Returns Policy

RETURNS, WARRANTIES & CANCELLED ORDERS

RETURNS:

You can mail returns to the address below.

All returned products must be in original, as purchased condition with packaging and tags attached. 

Refunds will be made in accordance with our policy below.

RETURN OPTION POLICY
Returning a full priced item Full priced items where full RRP was paid can be returned for:

‑ A refund within 30 days OR

‑ A credit voucher within 365 days.

Returning a discounted item*

Discounted items can be returned for:

- A refund within 30 days. If your order received promotional Free Shipping,

the refund will be less the postage cost incurred by us. 

‑ A credit voucher within 365 days.

Exchange

If you return an item for exchange, there will be a new shipment fee applicable.
Clearance Items**

No Return                                                                  

* If an item is selling lower than our marked RRP then it is a discounted item. If an item was purchased on a % OFF SALE, it is a discounted item.

** Clearance Items as clearly marked with the word "Clearance" in the title.

 

Pickups that are cancelled / returned are subject to a fee. 

* A merchant fee of 2.5% is applied to all Paypal, Credit Card and Afterpay transactions. This fee is non-refundable and helps us recover the costs we’re charged by these payment providers.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 2.5% * (merchant fee) plus $9.90 (re-stock and administration fee) if a refund is required. If a store credit is required no cancellation fee will be charged.

WARRANTIES

Warranties cover any fault or defect as a result of the manufacturing process (not wear and tear).

If any of the products you purchase are faulty, please email through any photos or videos of the damage/issue.

Apart for pre-approved warranties the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

VIP We do not accept accept returns for goods that have been marked. damaged, used or worn. Nor with packaging that is torn, broken and not in original perfect condition.
