BULKY ITEM CHARGE

Certain bulky/oversize items including bikes, bike cases, trailers, pannier bags, helmets, shoes, scooters etc WILL incur a Bulky shipping charge which will be added on the drop down of the product page.

SHIPPING TIMES

Upon receipt of payment you shall be advised as to the status of your order with a short series of emails.

All orders are processed at 7.00am on a working day, Monday to Friday and generally dispatched the same day or within 1-3 working days.  

In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 1-3 working days of receiving your SHIPPED email, NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 2-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 4-7 working days.

Please note these are only expected deliveries times and delays out of our control may occur with Postal and Courier services.

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries except for Bulky Items. For bulky items we use Direct Freight Couriers.

REGISTERED INSURANCE

With thousands of monthly orders we are able to negotiate the lowest possible insurance on behalf of your delivery.

1. Damaged during transit - no problems if you are Registered Insured

2. Lost during transit by Australia Post or Courier - no problems if you are Registered Insured

Complete peace of mind for only 99c for orders upto and including $200, and only $1.99 for orders over $200.
 

PICK UP

We do not allow any walk ins. We only allow contactless click and collect. All pick ups must be placed online and you will receive an email with our address and opening times once your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit our warehouse until you receive an email as your order will not be ready.
