How do I cancel my order?
Due to our automated systems, it’s often not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed — even if it hasn’t yet shipped.
If we are able to process a cancellation, the following fees will apply:
- $19.90 administration fee
- 2.5%–7% merchant fee - depending on the merchant - PayPal, Credit Card, Afterpay
These fees are non-refundable, as they are charged to us by payment providers.
